Japan, China business leaders agree to work in energy cooperation

TOKYO, Japan - Ma Kai (L), chairman of China's National Development and Reform Commission, is greeted by Japanese Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Akira Amari at a seminar held at a Tokyo hotel on April 12.
